Klickit has partnered closely with Rise Formations and the wider Rise Group over the past year, delivering a suite of digital products to support the launch and growth of a newly formed group of businesses. What began as two separate companies, Claim Capital and Jump Accounting, evolved into a unified group brand: The Rise Group.
A collection of specialist businesses operating under one roof, designed to give founders and growing companies everything they need to start, scale, and succeed. The Rise Group brought together expertise across R&D, accounting, company formations, and technology. As the group took shape, it became clear that their digital presence and internal systems needed to reflect this ambition, clarity of offering, and long-term vision. With the rebrand complete, the challenge extended beyond a simple name change. The group required a clear and consistent identity, both at a group level and across each individual brand. Jump Accounting transitioned into Rise Accounting, Rise Formations was introduced as a new offering, and FiftyFive Technologies joined the group as a dedicated technology arm.

Klickit was tasked with planning, designing, developing, and maintaining the group’s full suite of technology. This included interactive, conversion-focused websites for each entity, CMS configuration to support internal teams, a SaaS platform to power the company formation process, and a range of third-party integrations spanning marketing, commercial operations, and finance.

Before a single line of code was written, a critical phase of the project was stepping back to understand the full scope. Rather than treating each website or platform as an isolated build, we looked at the Rise ecosystem as a whole. The goal was to ensure every product worked together, served the right audience, and supported where the business wanted to be twelve months down the line. This meant aligning on the bigger picture: who each platform was for, what success looked like for each business unit, and how the technology could support both external customers and the Rise Group’s internal team. This groundwork was carried out through a series of in-depth discovery workshops and planning sessions. We worked closely with key stakeholders to map requirements, identify opportunities, and challenge assumptions where needed. From there, we translated those insights into a clear, executable technical roadmap. The outcome was a structured plan to deliver the following platforms: - Rise Group brochure website with an integrated CMS and third-party services - Rise Accounting website with CMS and service integrations - Jump Accounting website with CMS and service integrations - Rise Formations marketing website with CMS and service integrations - A bespoke SaaS platform to power the Rise Formations company formation process Each product had its own goals, but all were designed to feel cohesive and scalable as part of a single group.

The programme was broken down into structured sprints, covering discovery and planning, UX design, and development across each platform. Working incrementally allowed the team to move quickly while maintaining quality and consistency across the entire suite.

Timelines were tight, with defined go-to-market dates for the group, so momentum and clear communication were essential throughout. Regular working sessions were held with the Rise team, where we shared progress, presented design decisions, and reviewed development milestones. This collaborative approach ensured alignment at every stage and allowed feedback to be incorporated early, keeping the projects on track. By the end of the programme, all five platforms were successfully launched. Delivering multiple interconnected products within a fixed timeframe was no small task, and it was a true team effort on both sides. A special thanks goes to Charlotte from the Rise team, whose input and collaboration were pivotal throughout the project.
