Klickit has partnered with Label Loft London through nearly five years of evolution, supporting them as their digital technology partner.

Label Loft London began as a platform for showcasing independent fashion brands and has grown into a vibrant multi-vendor destination celebrating curated fashion from across Europe, providing discovery, access and direct online buying for a broad range of designers. The business brings together womenswear, menswear, accessories and brand collections from a growing roster of independent designers, while also maintaining an editorial presence through events, editorial features and seasonal collections. Label Loft London’s mission has always been rooted in quality, individuality and ethical fashion, building community both online and through live shows and pop-ups. Klickit was engaged to plan, design and build a modern Shopify platform that could handle diverse product catalogues, support multiple brand identities and deliver a seamless customer experience. The goal was to reflect the brand’s tone, amplify its storytelling, and support flexible commerce flows for both customers and internal product managers.

/The Process/

Before development began, we took time to understand the full scope of the platform’s audiences and content. Rather than a simple shop, Label Loft London needed a structured digital experience that worked as both a curated fashion marketplace and a brand destination that reflects the ethos of each designer represented.

Rather than a simple shop, Label Loft London needed a structured digital experience that worked as both a curated fashion marketplace and a brand destination that reflects the ethos of each designer represented.

hrough discovery and planning sessions with the founders, we defined an information architecture to support category-level browsing (e.g., Womens, Mens, Accessories, Brands), dynamic collections like “Just Dropped” and “Founder Favourites,” and brand-specific landing pages that promote individual designer stories alongside products. This planning ensured every page type — from high-level collections to individual product details and editorial content — was built to guide users smoothly through discovery, inspiration and purchase. We also scoped how the platform needed to accommodate growth, ensuring structures were in place for future brand additions, seasonal campaigns, and curated promotions without adding complexity for the internal team.

/The Results/

With a clear UX strategy, Klickit moved into design and development with a focus on performance, clarity and flexibility. The Shopify platform was tailored to support a large catalogue of independent brands while maintaining a design language that felt refined, distinctive and aligned with Label Loft’s curated identity.

With a clear UX strategy, Klickit moved into design and development with a focus on performance, clarity and flexibility. The Shopify platform was tailored to support a large catalogue of independent brands while maintaining a design language that felt refined, distinctive and aligned with Label Loft’s curated identity.

Throughout development, we worked collaboratively with the Label Loft founders, iterating on user flows, refining filters and sorting interactions, and ensuring all key touchpoints — from collection browsing to checkout — were fluid and intuitive. This included optimising product pages for storytelling, configuring Shopify to support bespoke collections and seasonal drops, and building CMS components that make ongoing content edits simple. The result was a polished, scalable multi-vendor platform that meets the needs of the business and its customers. The site now supports a diverse fashion catalogue, highlights curated collections dynamically, and provides a strong digital foundation for Label Loft London as it continues to grow its community of designers and fashion lovers.
